DALILA LLUEN
I’ve spent years learning every side of marketing, from social media and digital marketing to grassroots, community marketing, and fractional consulting, so I can see the entire picture. When I work with a client, I don’t look at one channel in isolation. I look at how everything connects, because that’s where the strategy is.
I found my passion for marketing in high school and started my journey then. Since that point, it has been more than five years of hands-on experience in marketing and social media marketing, across entertainment, hospitality, and government.
I don’t believe in staying in one lane. The best ideas in marketing cross over, so I move them between the creator world and the business world, and that is why I launched LLUEN. Many agencies stick to one side, so I built one that works in both. I bring a modern marketing approach to businesses, and a business approach to influencers and public figures, with real strategy, structure, and accountability behind their brand, not just content.
I also stay close to every client. I get to know your goals and your team, and I act as an extension of your business, so the strategy and the day-to-day execution come from the same person.

A talent manager guides your career. They negotiate deals, manage professional relationships, and shape your long term direction, and they typically earn a commission of 10 to 25 percent of your earnings. A social media manager runs your social media presence. We handle strategy, content, editing, and publishing, and we carry out the social media deliverables for the partnerships your manager secures. Our work is covered by a retainer fee, so we take no share of your earnings. Most of our clients have both, and we work as part of the same team.

Yes. If you want someone with you for brand partnership shoots, events, appearances, trips, or any moment worth capturing, we can be there. We are based in Northern California and travel when a moment calls for it, so we are equipped to fly out and work on location. We also love to train you to film on your own, so you have a strong way to capture content when we are not in the room. We plan the coverage with you ahead of time, based on your calendar and what you want from each moment.
